Q. I couldn't find the necessary Service Manual. What should I do?
A. Please, Contact Us, and we will find it for you. We have many more service manuals, than are present here and are adding daily. You can also check our ebay store here as we might not have what you are looking for here but we might have it there!

Q. How do I use "Search" correctly?
A. Enter only digits and letters of your model's name (for example, PRO-423 or PRO423).
Do not enter words such as "printer", "fax", "TV", etc.
Do not enter the name of the manufacturer (Canon, Sony, etc.)

Q. My computer crashed and I am no longer able to retrieve my manual from my hard drive. Would it be possible to get the zipped/pdf file without having to re-purchase?
A. Yes, no matter how long ago it was just contact us, and we will regenerate the link for you. 

Q. I don't have a credit card. What are my other payment options?
A. We accept personal checks/money orders (use the print order form when checking out), download link will be made available as soon as check arrives.
